  5. stop grouping email by Today, Last Week, etc. Makes it impossible to Select All for mass delete

  6. I may leave AOL. You place articles to read. After reading one line of copy, you place an ad. No more story content. Frustrating and waste

  11. how can I remove my photo?

    How can I remove my photo so it doesn't appear when I make a comment? If I make a comment and sign it anonymous but my photo shows up it's not anonymous. Thank you.

  18. Let me enable links in my incoming email messages

    I used to be able to simply click on a link for a website in my incoming emails - there doesn't seem to be an option to allow this now, so I have to copy and paste it!

  20. allow editing or deletion of auto entries in the address book on the AOL app. Address typos persist forever and cannot be deleted or edited.
