  1. HELP... went to library didnt remember password. Had to change it. Now I can't get mail to open on phn always says sending code to change

    looks like I'm not alone by above similar situations with others when password changes by me on computer at library I should not be blocked when using my phone now I can't access my account that has my resume which took me 3days at library to complete

  5. go back to old format, this one is def. not user friendly. I read one story and it doesn't let you go on to the next one.

    Read one story and have to x out of app to go to next article, ridiculous!

  6. CARE more about all us loyal people using AOL for decades and fix already the mess you've made with that horrible new AOL. A disgrace!

    Fix the replying to emails and creating them. Geeze, you type a letter or a word, and the screen jumps all the way down, then we scroll up, then down. 8I'm so dizzy already!

  8. Reduce the number of actions to enter or exit a search. One has to hit back three or four time to get back to inbox after a search.
