1. Upload all new messages as inbox is opened.

   When I open AOL inbox each morning not all emails are there. If I close the AOL app and reopen or delete any messages, more new messages will populate.

5. why did I pay shipping for my prize after doing the survey and then was told "good luck"

   I was told there were several prizes left and was asked and charged $5 for shipping and the last screen said good luck. Good luck i won't get scammed? I fear it's too late.
