  1. AOL app keeps putting unwanted files and ringtones on my phone and it keeps downloading it after I delete it.

    my phone is getting getting violated by AOL app by forcing ringtones and files in document format.

  11. need help recovering password it keeps saying I have an account but cannot reset password

    after updates I am not able to sign on on my laptop it keeps telling me that my password is incorrect and to try later and I keep trying everyday with no results. impossible to get help from AOL

    Sehr geehrtes AOL-Support-Team,

    ich habe seit einiger Zeit ein Problem mit meinem AOL-E-Mail-Postfach und hoffe, dass Sie mir weiterhelfen können.
    Sobald ich einen gespeicherten Antwort-Entwurf lösche, wird nicht nur der Entwurf entfernt, sondern offenbar die komplette ursprüngliche E-Mail beziehungsweise der gesamte E-Mail-Verlauf. Die betreffende E-Mail befindet sich anschließend auch nicht im Papierkorb, sondern ist vollständig verschwunden und für mich nicht mehr auffindbar.
    Ich möchte natürlich lediglich meinen Antwort-Entwurf löschen und nicht die ursprüngliche E-Mail beziehungsweise die gesamte Unterhaltung.

    Könnten Sie bitte prüfen, woran dieses Verhalten liegen könnte und wie ich verhindern kann, dass beim Löschen eines Entwurfs gleichzeitig die ursprüngliche…
