  4. why I cannot log out of my accounts to keep it more secure and private, why?

    give account users that uses AOL email to have the access to login and log out of there accounts, please AMEND AND MAKE A CHANGE within this company

    allow the phone app to load all of the new emails at once, instead of just 30 or so. I go through every morning and delete all the spam, then have tonwaot while it loads the next set (and the ones after that)

  11. please fix the swipe right feature on AOL mail. Swipe left to delete works fine. Tried clearing cache and uninstalling/reinstalling.

  12. Stop putting suggested recipient list for new emails. It is too easy to hit the wrong name by accident, or to hit more than one name.

  15. Go back to making customer support free. Nobody wants to pay for help when they possible need it only 1-2 times a year, if that.

    I've had aol since the late 1990's. I have only needed help a handful of times so I'm not paying for it when I hardly need it. Make it free again.
