Hi, I don't have any faults or technical problems with the iOS AOL Mail app. I just wondered if there was a way that your tech team could find a way to allow us to block unwanted incoming emails at source, rather than me having to trawl through the spam folder and double checking the emails individually in case we accidentally delete an important one which has gone into the spam folder? Other than that, it means me having to access my AOL account via a web browser and manually block mail from dubious or unwanted sources, which is very…

Why do attachments to emails not open? I constantly get, "No Preview Available "

Messages do not show any content on iPad iOS
I can usually read one or two messages and then the next message I try to open shows no content. I can continue to click down through messages and all of them are empty. If I wait 10-15 minutes and try again a few open fine and then it all starts over again. If the message is an ad, sometimes they show some text but all the pictures are blank. It’s very frustrating.

The iPhone AOL App no longer provides the functionality of deleting a message and continuing with the next message - a feature that was available in the old version, just like the web client. Case 18548255

Sign on Screen
the new dropdown sign on screen is horrible. I don't need to see more ads, and I can't see how many emails I have. Nor can I expand the box to capture all it's contents. Who's idea was this to change?
I can send a screen shot to tech support.

Need help mail app
I noticed all my emails in “new” and “old” mail was in my trash mail. So I moved it to my inbox and went through the painful process of deleting/unsubscribing to emails that I wanted deleted. Mad a folder for emails that I needed to do a deeper dive to review to see if I have previously looked at and delete. Now when I go back into the old mail a number of emails I moved and deleted show back up in my old mail folder. I can tell by the date/sender of the email.

Compose email, hit send, it sits in sent queue until I physically go into sent queue and then it releases

Stop automatically adding addresses to Contacts
The app on my iPad and iPhone automatically adds email addresses to my Contacts. I want to turn that off since many are noreply and spammers. It takes six clicks to delete each address. At least on the web site I can delete all the bad addresses at one time.

Read and edit emails offline
Either collaborate with other apps to be able to access AOL emails through them (thus requiring only one app for email accounts of different providers), or at least make emails available for reading and editing OFFLINE (as any decent email program by other provider does).
I need to access my EMAILS, not an absurd collection of what AOL considers breaking news. Not interested in the scandals of some starlet, but I am indeed interested in reading and editing my personal emails when offline.
Please get back to the basics and stop trying to be a news platform. You are not!…

App doesn’t show the senders email address
This app does not allow us to see the email addresses of people who have sent us emails. This makes us more prone to spam and phishing attacks because we cannot see the full email address. If I get an email from chase@chase.com for example, that looks OK, but if I get it from chase@fgz123445.com, that looks wrong and should raise flags.

Put email icon back in photos, notes, & pages
Put email icon back in photos, notes, & pages please. Used to be 1 step process. One and done. Now I have to go through numerous steps to email a photo, and even using the paper clip, I can’t find the documents I want to email.
It wasn’t “ broke” until you “ fixed it.”
