What has happened? I have used AOL for years! Now I can’t even sign in.. AND I have the correct password!!!!😡

Why in the world have you not fixed this? Cannot open links within emails
I’m on iPad and iPhone and links will no longer open. There is also no way to now open a link in safari...not working for a year or so. WHY WON’T YOU FIX THIS!!!!
I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

Secondary web links don’t open - very frustrating!
Original link in emails will open to websites but any secondary links do not open! Frustrating!

AOL updated app
I updated my AOL app several yrs ago when you sent it. How can I get all my info to my new app and get rid of my old icon/app.
They get confused and go back and forth and won’t always send correctly.
Old app tells me they don’t know who I am.

Blockheads AOL
AOL needs to stop posting individuals names and password on screens subject lines. Most federal agencies are hit with law sue when personal data is posted in subject lines. Maybe I should consider that. I do not want to see my private information in anyone subject lines not even when it is coming to me. What if someone pick up my phone and all my private info is in their face. Your careless makes it easier for hackers.

I just downloaded AOL.COM to my Mini iPad 4 and can’t get access to my email. The instructions aren’t clear as to how to get access to my email. I also use an ancient iPhone6+ primarily to deal w/email, and at the same time if I’m charging my phone I still need access to my email.

I know of at least 10 emails that i sent myself to depeck11 that never got delivered to my mailbox

Emails - text size not consistent
Text size in emails is not consistent. Don’t know until receiver sees it.
It’s embarrassing. It’s emphasizes and adds tone to certain words or phrases that you don’t intend to. But other person doesn’t know it’s error and reads it wrong way. How to fix?sometimes it’s occurring on laptops and not just iphone. You don’t see text size until opening the email.

Replying to mail sends it back to me
When I click on reply it says the senders email address which is correct. However the email always goes to my inbox. Ive even checked the sent folder but it never sends them an email. Odd. I wish they’d fix this.

Drafts don’t delete once email is sent
I find that when AOL creates a draft because it’s taking awhile to get a new email composed, once the email is sent, the draft copy is not deleted. Is this a bug, intended, or a setting I need to change?
