My AOL notes are gone how do I get them back?
I had to re-install my AOL mail cause when I phone updates it quits working, my notes disappeared, how do I get them back? This is a disaster!
Sorry to hear that. In order to resolve this issue, please go to the phone’s Settings – Accounts & Passwords – Tap on your AOL account – Toggle Notes (Green).

Drains battery; closes all of a sudden
The App has been draining so much battery these days. Today I am checking my email for 5 minutes and drained more than 10% of my iPhone battery. The app also closes all of a sudden, sometimes in the middle of composing an email.
I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version

Hello AOL, I have used AOL for many years. Lately, I’m not being notified when I receive my email. This morning, I happened to open my app and 47 emails were there. I had no idea I had any at all. Weather
Can not change or save city. I tried to change and save city from NY to Boston MA and save. It does not save to change city. Always it switches back to default New York City, N Y

Notifications say "New Email" but does not say who the sender is.

Why can’t we not attach jpg pictures
When we attach a picture from our library why is always a photo.heic that nobody can open? Pretty frustrating
Please make sure that the pictures you are trying to attach are in supported formats. If you are still having issues, a quick uninstall and reinstall of the app should fix that,

Changing cities
I can’t change my location to San Jacinto, CA from San Diego, CA.
San Jacinto doesn’t even come up on the list. When I type in San Jacinto on the weather page and press ‘save changes’ it still goes back to San Diego

Logging in
Yesterday my mail would not update. I signed out and deleted the AOL app and reinstalled the app. I tried to log back into AOL and after I type my password the screen goes to Apple.com shopping page. I can search Apple products but I cannot still back.

Foreign language
How can I and where do I go to change the iPhone 6 language setting for my emails? All of a sudden my emails have started coming in another language even though the settings pertaining to language show as United States and English.
To change those settings, please go to Settings – General – Language and Region – iPhone language.
