    It happens more often than not where my phone says I have an email, I click the notification, and when AOL opens up it says the message no longer exists.

    The only reason I am using the app is because my phone and computer Mac Mail are hours slow to download new mail?!!!!!!

    Need to fix this problem or I will drop AOL. I’ve paid for it for twenty years. Also, since I pay for it I am surprised to see the app so full of ads.

    Help me figure out how to fix reading my email on an iPhone every time I open it up it just disappears and then I open it up again and it disappears

    3:53 PM and I still have none of today’s emails on the app. This has become a daily occurrence. Can’t get important emails timely.

    I can view new mail, but when I select old mail or another folder, the little loading indicator just spins. This happens most of the time when I view application. Using an iPad with iOS 12.4.1.

    Now, your horrible app doesn’t want to open at all. Now I have no choice but to use gmail. Shame on all of you! Maybe I should sue you since it’s effecting my business and I’m a lawyer.

    The App shows a number for new mail but when it’s opened, they are not loaded.

    It won’t pull up my inbox half the time!! Very frustrating! Also hate having to sign in each time. I’m going to leave AOL because of this app!!

    The app is CLEARLY NOT working. For TWO entire weeks, I am unable to check any of my mail through the app. All my mails suddenly went to SPAM!!!! I’m wondering if I’m the only one who is having issues with this app.

    I have uninstalled, the app several times and it still does not work. AOL, this is UNACCEPTABLE!!

    Make a prodct that works properly! Amd add technical support that knows what they are doing and is helpful and speaks English!

    It does this pretty frequently which is pretty annoying when I need the emails ASAP for whatever I may be doing online.
