Recently, when I open the AOL app, my emails are all missing and the App thinks that I am a new user.
When I view settings, the App knows that I am an existing user.
My email will reappear in the app when I catch and select a notification/alert of a new email.
Any ideas on how to resolve. This has occurred at least once per day over the last 3 days. -

Have to change settings every time if you can get in if at all. Takes at least two minutes to open app. Fix it!!

Please fix your software. It doesn't connect well to IOS. To delete emails, I have to swipe each twice: first from my "Inbox" or "Junk" folder, and then from "Trash". The "Delete All" option doesn't work in the "Junk" and "Trash" folders. The latest software update also loads emails nth the speed of slowwww.

AOL mail will not open. Have rebooted iPhone 8, re-set network setting, and deleted and re-entered AOL.
Nothing is working! Will be moving to new email service if not fixed within seven )7) days!!!!

I’m having problems with getting previews of incoming emails, but when I go to my mailbox, the emails aren’t there. Sometimes the emails eventually get to my mailbox, other times they don’t. This seems to becoming an increasing problem. I’ve contacted AOL techs who really don’t seem to know how to solve the problem, saying it’s a synch issue and that I should be able to fix myself on my phone. Problem is that neither me or AT&T techs can’t find where to go to synch the emails.
Is there any way to fix this problem? -

The App comes up but NQT the Mail. Can’t receive nor send!

When I go to my email account it is showing email from days ago and won’t load the new ones.
