I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    APP crashes all the time when reading or deleting emails. Started immediately after last update.

    Every time I delete an e-mail or spam it leaves aol

    Whenever deleting emails, whether by left swipe Or checkmarking the little box, the app will close about 75% of deletes....

    AOL is now the worst and annoying email ever. Such garbage

    Your app continues to close, whether you’re reading or responding to an email. When this happens, the original email goes into the Old Mail Folder and you lose the response you were writing! From looking at the large number of users who are experiencing this problem AND have reported it (for we know not everyone will go through the process to report a problem), recommend AOL push out a notice to all users as to what they’re doing to correct this problem. Knowledge is powerful!!

    While checking mail through the app, it continues to glitch and continually restarts. It’s the app not my phone, I upgraded my phone yet still have the same problem with the app.

    Crashes every time you keep or delete an email

    Happening on iPad only not iPhone. When I open link in an email, go back to the actual email and click on trash can to delete, I get popped out of AOL. I am NOT logged out, just shuts down AOL icon. I go back in, email is not deleted. If I re-open email and just delete, works fine. If no links opened (or none in email) and I hit trash can, works fine. And this is NOT happening on my iPhone.

    App constantly crashes when swiping left or right in an email. Very frustrating. Only started
    happening in the last 2 weeks

    It seems that since you started placing unwanted ads at the top of each subset ie Inbox, Sent, etc etc, the program does not function as well as it did before. It does however, still work on my PC with no problems.

    Please have your IT gurus fix the bugs! Often when deleting emails, the program just drops altogether taking me back to my home page.

    I have had my same aol email address for at least 25 years but if these problems persist, I shall be opening a new email account, not with AOL!
