I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:

1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    I’m having trouble with the app crashing when I swipe delete a message ? Sometimes when I just pull open the delete window and tape it, its back to my dashboard. I think there was an attempt to fix it a few days ago, but that didn’t last long.

    The mail keeps just shutting down on my iPhone. It’s getting very annoying. Please fix this. It used to tun great.

    Also, you should be able to attach docs and not just pictures.

    Same as others have said. I get booted out of AOL mail constantly. Whether I’m reading, or writing, it kicks me out. I know this is a pandemic, but leaving users without any help at all is pretty ****** customer service. Please fix this, or I’ll have to find another service. It’s annoying, as are the ads that I have to delete every few seconds. Delete one, another pops up. Can’t we just have mail? Not a happy customer!

    Whenever I click ion a web based link an email on the AOL App it does not open it in Safari (I use an iPad). Therefore if I have too leave the site and check on other emails I have to click on Close in the upper left corner which knocks me out of the Web site I was on. I assume that if I use AOL via the web instead the App this would not happen. If that is the only solution then what is the benefit of the App. Thanks.

    Just started...I’m using AOL app on iPad and when I open a message and hit delete (or sometimes just delete without opening), AOL closes. I can re-open and don’t have to log back in but it happens frequently but not all the time...I can’t find a reason but it’s not happening on my iPhone.

    I am going to delete this app because it doesn't work. I'm sick of it crashing every 5 seconds. I've notified you several times, as I know MANY people have, and still no fixes have been made

    Same here. This never happened before. It also happening on my wife’s iPhone. I have reloaded the App which did not help.

    After following a link in an email, I return to the email and attempt to delete it. The app immediately crashes and I must restart the app to continue; and the email I attempted to delete is still in the inbox. I think you folks need a bit of Quality Control testing before releasing updates. Op system = iOS. AOL for Mobile App version = 5.13.0.0

    They don’t freakin care! Last update something happened. Now it crashes in the middle of writing an email and you lose it! Ridiculous!

    I’ve completely had it! This app crashes every time you use it! Writing an email.. you better save it because the app crashes and you lose everything! They suck!

    Omg it’s getting annoying!! I’ve complained on the app site as a review! They don’t care! This has been going in for weeks!

    My app just started same problem about a week now. When trying to move read mail to a folder app randomly closes. Have to then go back into “old mail” to move email previously trying to move. Have tried everything to fix! Very frustrating!!!!! PLEASE FIX AOL!!!

    Can you guys please fix the app so that when I select all messages and hit delete, it doesn’t take me completely out of AOL App? I have been using the AOL App on various different iPhones for 8 plus years and only recently has this become a problem.

    The last update sucks. AOL mail keeps deleting mail when I try to open it. And crashes too.
