Why does your app change the wording. I’ve signed up for AOL and Microsoft to not change my words.

I’ve had to get 4 new bank/credit cards this Year. Since I’m paying for additional supposedly tools why is this hacking occurring? I don’t play games (as it’s a 3rd party and it requires me to give access to the 3rd party)

Google does a much better job with Account security. Someone was able to log into my AOL account and reset the passwords for all of my accounts. Amazon, target, Walmart, Best Buy, eBay, Netflix, Microsoft, apple, etc. they even ordered some things and my bank shut off my debit card. This would have never happened if AOL would’ve secured my account with an authentication.

Answer your feedback questions and requests. Because you don’t, what is the point?? You need a lot of changes to your site, especially security! I’ve been and still am being hacked on AOL by Russians! My Activity Monitor is full of them with their IP addresses!! They have a way of making their locations look as if they are local, but they are not!! SECURITY PLEASE!!

have any of you guys experienced the **** im going through? i never even knew this section existed. this was my first email so it has a lot of things i need to get out before i can completely shut down. but this email is so compromised i have local people ( pretty good idea of a couple of them) i got six countries including Russia and China in all my emails to be exact. but through this one, being the longest opened one and linked to so many things, i have a huge mess to the point that l am now working with the Attorney Generals office of my state. i bought the premium package from AOL thinking that might help a little it did nothing. all my devices, accounts, emails etc are compromised. i dont think im the actual target, the new cool scam is supposedly to wear the victim out, depression, suicidal, isolated, cant connect with the world everuthing is hacked, mental distress which manifests into physical health issues. after all that well the victim is in a state of vulnerability and fear, the real target is my mom. my family has money its that simple. baby boomers are the new target. and this situation started out with people close to me cause they scoped, studied, and learned the family dynamic. So now they are waiting for me to fall prey to this kidnapping/ransom scheme thats plsying out in my city Baltimore. oh whoever set me up in this forum i know you can see this, im not depressed or crying anymore, im kinda getting happy again, guess what! i have maximum support from local, state, and federal authorities. i know you know my mom would pay 100k and up to save my life. but its not going to happen..... it will never happen. and when we find you (the locals who jumpstarted the identity theft) i swear i will crush the soul out outta you like a cockroach. can anyone on this forum relate to the absolute nightmare of dealing with every business relationship, every form of communication compromised, local police dont have the full resources, u literally become a prisoner in your house and mind trying to make sense of it. Have any of yoo gone through this, AOL did not do a **** thing with the premium package to help. a complete waste of money. i mean dealing with this is a full time job, on top of that i lost my job (make up artist for news station) i didnt lose permanently but i had a huge gig and when they called the day before to give me **** updates they reached Egypt, they tried again and reach Spain and they went with someone else. if anybody has any knowledge on how to do damage control and get their old life back.... please share. ive never been a forum or blog sort of girl but im pouring my heart out on this one because from what ive been told this is the fastest growing crime from **** and we are all vulnerable with the internet and the technology we use. im sorry for any typos..... its been a long day i found 8 credit cards that were opened on my prime account and so far three reviewers part of a program where they get rewards and gift cards or some other good stuff and these reviewers when you click on the comment it says the person is posting as Shahnaz S. so here i am broke and domeone is sitting in their comfy bed making money posing as me.......lol i doubt the countries, rather people from these countries/dark web are interested in reviewing my pillows or chandeliers. This is the locals ******* with me..... please comment and share i feel vulnerable even sharing this so openly but maybe by doing so, some of you may be more cautious, and others can relate cause they have been through it. thank you. my name is Shahnaz i appreciate you reading my story

Figure out a way to stop hackers from requesting a password reset code! Someone got into my account by getting a code, I don’t know how!And now they are threatening to steel all my info if I didn’t pay up! This is scary! I was able to get back into my account and delete their info and I also took advantage of the security features you offer which helped I think. My husband got a notice in his gmail that someone has made several attempts to log into my aol while I’m typing this.
