My mailbox won’t update..

My mailbox doesn’t seem to update on the AOL app. I have an iPhone 7 and everything is up-to-date on the software end. My phone alerts me in the notification bar that I have an email but when I open my AOL app to emails do not populate. I slide the screen down to refresh it and nothing happens. I just updated my AOL app a couple days ago and I don’t understand why I am having this problem.

    Now my AOL Mail will not download any new email on my iPhone 8!!! I have no idea why, or how to correct this situation.

    This is exactly what’s going on with my email. Alerts me there’s mail, but when I open it up, there’s no new email. And it won’t let me send anything either. What the heck? How is this being fixed?

    My old mail is missing. If I go to my Galaxy Pad everything is there. I don’t carry the pad in the street.

    Why do my servers keep getting deleted? And by who? It’s ridiculous how this type of thing keeps happening to me. It really needs to stop. Please AOL check into this. Thank you.

    Would be nice to hear something...anything....from anyone at aol to even say that there is an issue known to them and it is being dealt with? Other than that the only assumption is that the lost accounts, inc mine that I have held for 15+ yrs, are lost permanently? Clarification AOL needed please? Timescales etc etc etc? 🤬🤬🤬

    My email won’t open. I have followed the prompts have changed my password a number of times.

    My email account has disappeared. This happened last week and then corrected itself overnight. Now the same thing has happened again. It seems like they expect me to create a new account. Please help me in retrieving my old aol account.

    Like other people have commented, my inbox also takes HOURS to update. Very frustrating ..... PLEASE FIX this problem.

    When I try to use phone app, it doesn’t open and says “server can’t be found “. I press retry button but nothing happens. What is the problem ?
