My mailbox won’t update..

My mailbox doesn’t seem to update on the AOL app. I have an iPhone 7 and everything is up-to-date on the software end. My phone alerts me in the notification bar that I have an email but when I open my AOL app to emails do not populate. I slide the screen down to refresh it and nothing happens. I just updated my AOL app a couple days ago and I don’t understand why I am having this problem.

    Stopped getting emails today, don’t know why. Getting on my iPad snd not on my iPhone.

    As of 22/06/2019 have lost access to all AOL mail on my iPad although I can access it on my iPhone.It is saying I have mail but when I Press to read saying mail box empty.Deleted account and re-signed in but problem still there.

    I am trying to recover an account and I can’t be sus the link to reset the password isn’t coming in .i sent it over 20 times u still see no notification for it..I called AOL and they were no help very annoying.

    I have had aol e-mail since 1998. For whatever reason you went to the aol app.you did not download all of my mail when you moved me to the app. I kept old e-mail just as it came as I never learned how todo folders I am 77 and felt how I kept the mail I wanted to save was sufficient, by leaving it in my mailbox. Unfortunately those emails were not downloaded by the server which is you AOL. In those emails were pictures of my SON who has passed away. I want all old mail downloaded so I can open it please. Thosepictureswerepriceless to me and I thought they were safe being left in my mailbox. Please respond to me concerning this problem. Thank you

    Anyone else having problems refreshing there aol emails? Mine is saying an error message and won’t update my emails. I’ve checked all my settings and they are all fine.

    As of May 20, I am unable to receive emails on my Moto E4 smartphone. I got a notice from AOL on My 22nd, when attempting to sign in to my email account from my computer that I had to use a code to sign to my account, when I had already been signed in. Then had to change my password. I am able to receive emails on my computer .

    What’s the problem? I cannot access my e-mails. I have tried numerous times and even updated my password until I was completely “shutout.” Even CS has been of little help, but I was offered a variety of plans to purchase that would assist me in the future. Is this a sale promotion problem?

    My AOL email in Apple Mail and via AOL application, and via AOL online does not update. I cannot get or send email. What should I do to fix this failure of mail service?
