Thanks for the feedback. We’re really sorry to hear your displeasure with the advertising on the AOL App. In order for AOL to offer things like web content and products, we need to sell advertising just like any newspaper, magazine or television station would. But we certainly don’t want to get to a point where we start to lose our valued audience, so your feedback is greatly valued.

    I am getting the same ad over and over again at the top of my mailbox with no opt out available
    It is for child models which i think is really inappropriate
    Please provide a way of saying NO

    I pay $40bper month for AOL service the leas5 you could do is remove 5he adds from my mail box. There’s an add at the top of the mail everytime I log in I delete the ad and what happens a new ad populates.

    Sick and tired of pop up ads... technical support would not assist me in removing them unless “I paid for a technical advisor” what is this ********????

    What’s with the constant ad showing at the top of the in box. It’s so annoying. We should have a preference to receive or not. Please add block button.

    I am sick and tired of having to see the same
    _ ucking ads (Amazon and WalMart) at the top of my emails, EVERY TIME!!!!

    You swipe to delete them, then the same one reappears when you open emails again.

    NOT TO MENTION THE AMOUNT OF SPAM/SCAM EMAILS I’M GETTING EVERYDAY!!!

    Yes, irritating. Funny thing is, it makes me hate them, so IF I were going to buy from them, it puts me off and forces me to another retailer. They don’t realise these ads send you to a competitior!

    I’m paying $24 a month for AOL I really don’t think I should have to sit here and get rid of Ads every time I open my mail! If this is something you are going keep doing I will cancel AOL and switch to Gmail!!!!!

    Whoever came up with the brilliant idea to embed scrolling ads in news stories couldn’t have done a better job to force me to stop using AOL news. Congratulations!

    Don’t you people understand that these vendors on the email inbox would be the last ones I’d choose. Counterproductive and annoying. I will go back to my old email if this doesn’t change.
