I’ve had this app on iPhone for years. Changed my password on another devise now I can’t log onto my emails. I can see h to e news etc. Can’t get in with the mail app

AOL locks me out of an account where there is important documents and then offers me a paid subscription before they will assist or rather allow me to log back in.

Can’t login to secondary email account for the last few days nor can I even set it up on new iPhone 11. I use the correct password but it doesn’t work and when I choose the Reset Password button it gives me an “oops” message and says to “try again later”. I’ve been trying again for 3 days now. I can’t reach support by email so posted this problem here. Maybe AOL will realize they have another bug.

9/18/20. And the nightmare begins as I deal simultaneously with a surprise iOS update to 14.0 and the inability of Mail to recognize my Aol accounts OR even add the accounts again (as directed by the email sent last month by Aol.
I have survived years of ridicule for keeping Aol, but may be the thing that makes me change to another system. It will be tedious, but not as tedious as using that app.

Sur l’historique de navigation s’affichent deux connections en Russie, une en Malaisie et simultanément une demande de rançon en bitcoins l’est adressée par mail à mon adresse aol. À ma connexion sur l’application un message d’expiration de la connexion s’affiche probablement pour récupérer le nouveau mot de passe que je viens de rentrer. Avez vous aussi la même intrusion ?

Answer the phone to help people , I can’t get into my account because my phone number changed, and nobody is answering the phone to help me, and putting my email address is not going to help you because I can’t get in my account

I have been trying to sign in on my phone and iPad to view my email for the last two days and haven’t been able to. I’ve even deleted the app and reinstalled and still can’t connect. It lets me get to the point of entering my password then says it loses connection to the server. Prior to even deleting the app it would constantly ask for my password and said it hadn’t been updated since a year ago which was incorrect. It’s very frustrating not being able to view my email from my mobile device especially when I need it for work while on the road. The app definitely needs an upgrade on so many levels.

When I turn my iPad on and go to "mail", i get a message "password incorrect. Enter the password for the IMAP account "AOL". I enter my AOL password, but that's not the answer it's looking for.

I've already tried ALL the suggestions listed in the forum, it doesn't fix the problem. Once I leave a WIFI signal I start getting the blue pop up error box saying my password is incorrect, fix now! SO FRUSTRATING!!!

I am trying to input my password which you say i need to do, but you also keep saying its wrong.... You then don't give me a chance to reset it either. Its the same pass word Ive had for ever!!

Need to provide correct phone number, and erase incorrect phone number.

It’s the first time I’m having issues with the app. Early in the morning today I was seeing my emails everything was functioning well until and hour later I wanted to see my emails again and I was signed out! I never logged out! Now I forgot my password and the phone one that I have on my account has changed for several months now, I can’t remember my previous phone number so I can’t get access to my emails! I have important information there from work that I need to get into it! Help anyone !!!
