“Search” feature is terrible.
1) I search for a name that is the primary heading for a message I’ve received, and your search comes up empty. So I scroll down through a hundred plus emails and there is the message I’m looking for, sitting right there in my inbox under the name I used in the search. With Verizon, a message would come up even if the name only appeared somewhere in the text. What is wrong with your search engine.
2) I search for a message that I have received and can’t find it. Eventually I discover that, if I have replied to that message, the original message disappears from my inbox and can only be found under the “Sent” category. Terrible functionality.
3) Also, with Verizon, a message I sent or replied to appeared immediately in my inbox...a great convenience. Doesn’t happen with AOL.
4) Plus, I have to pay if I want anything besides delayed, minimal service. Don’t expect me to be an AOL customer much longer.
Regarding your searching issue, we are aware of it and we think it will be fixed really soon. For further assistance, please reach out to our support team at aolmailquestions@aol.com.

I can't even search email. It says go to inbox and above I search. I have no inbox and clicking on new mail there is no search line above it
