I can’t open my emails
With the latest IPad app update, my mail comes in fine but when I try to open them it closes the App, every time. The software level on my iPad 3 is iOS 9.3.5 which is supposed to be compatible.
Our developer team just released an update that fixed this issue, please go to the App store and get the latest version of the AOL App.

What the heck have your tech team done ?!?
another update , and now I'm unable to open any emails !
I can swap between the inbox , junk etc. folders, but try to open any email - and the app crashes !
As can be noted I can access the "feedback" link.
Device is 4 year old ipad mini - last available ios is 9.35 .
Please get it sorted asap. -

Similar issue as others. New app update does not grandfather ver 9.3.1.
Despite deleting, reboot, and them reinstalling AOL App any attempt to open NEW OR OLD individual emails KICKS you out of the application.I was able to open an OLD email SAVED in another self -named folder on AOL, just not in any system folders.

Same issue. I have tried to log out and back into app. Deleted AOL app and reloaded, log in. Cleared cache. Closed and relaunched device. The quality assurance procedures can go on and on but I think you AOL get the idea.
IOS IPad 2 release 9.3.1 compatible and email opening was working fine BEFORE your latest update. -

I am unable to access my email from my iPad 4 when click on the email to open it it just takes me back to my apps menu so unable to open any e mails
