I can’t open my emails

With the latest IPad app update, my mail comes in fine but when I try to open them it closes the App, every time. The software level on my iPad 3 is iOS 9.3.5 which is supposed to be compatible.

    I'm having the same issue. My emails load up fine. But when I click on one to read the app shuts down. This is going on day two now.

    Please update your response on this issue. Ridiculous when the iPad app crashes when you try to open emails.

    Help line is useless. AOL app quits when you click to open an email on iPad mini (OS 9.3.5). Problem suddenly began 9/4/18.

    When I try too open a message the program closes and goes back to the icon page. What's causing this problem? I, using an iPad that's 5 years old. It worked fine until a couple days ago. Please advise ASAP.

    All mail close when tapping message. It seems as if it's a problem for iPad users.

    So you update your app but nobody checks to see if actually works before going live. Quality!
