I can’t open my emails

With the latest IPad app update, my mail comes in fine but when I try to open them it closes the App, every time. The software level on my iPad 3 is iOS 9.3.5 which is supposed to be compatible.

    I also spent hours trying to fix myself. AOL emails open on my Android phone and laptop, but closes when I try to open on the iPad. A notification would have been appreciated!

    Same problem. Email comes in on iPad but when I try to open it it closes the app. Very annoying.

    A quick and simple preview or title "crash problem being fixed" in a message to your users would have been the professional way to handle this.

    Identical problem suddenly began 9/3/18-- trying to open an email closes the app (iPad mini 9.3.5 OS). Help!

    Sure would be nice of you to find a way to let us know the messages won't open. I've spent hours trying to fix it on my own.

    Tap on emails then it goes off most annoying

    Since updating app on my iPad the app closes immediately upon trying to open my messages. Please correct this problem.

    You sent me an email but I can't open it to see what I can do about this problem I'm going to be making plane reservations soon I'll have to get a different email so I can get my tickets I'd rather stay with aol but if this doesn't get fixed I have no other choice thanks

    I have a business account and my regular email and the app is closing out when I try to go to my other account!!!

    I receive my email, but when I try to open them , I get kicked out, the app. Closes.
