Been an AOL client for 25 years, it’s time we are no longer charged $35/month, when many other email addresses charge $00.00. N/C us, or we’re gone

Instructions are horrible ! Got disconnected three separate times after waiting 1 hr each time on hold . Chat won’t connect . I pay 11.99 a month for tech support . I would like a refund

I think it’s ridiculous that I have had AOL for my email for 22 years and you’re still charging me a crazy amount when most email services are free now. PLUS, your bias where President Trump is concerned is appalling!

We received an email stating we need to update payment info, for a cost of $26.99... We only use the email service? If there is a charge for that we don’t need AOL. Tried the email and chat options and neither would connect. Need an answer ASAP
