Why am I being logged out of my email????
Everyday I find that the APP has logged me out! What’s going on??? AOL has gone downhill fast!
I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

Keep getting kicked out. Can’t send an email. Gets stuck in draft. Getting annoying.

I have been using the AOL app for a while, and I’ve been overall satisfied. However, something has recently changed, and now it signs me out.
I DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN! Ima then required to sign in afresh each day, re-enter my signature for each account, and adjust other settings. This is a waste of time, and I am about ready to uninstall the app.
AOL?! Are you listening to your customers about this matter? Nobody likes this change. Fix it please.

Never have I experienced this before but now this keep happening and it’s frustrating! I’m using an IPad, always had been so I don’t understand.
