Email disappearing to trash
I’m sick of my emails being sent to the deleted file after I open them. Please do something about this.

This issue might be a result of using POP to access your mail from a 3rd party app. Please check your email apps (Outlook, Mac Mail, Windows Mail, Thunderbird or native mobile email apps).
Also, make sure that you do not have a filter set up to move Sent mail to another folder, or to delete mail from the Sent folder after a certain amount of time.

1. New groups: I tried adding one in contacts in the app. No way to do that. I logged into AOL on Safari and added a new group. It is not available in the app.
2. New mail issue: I just experienced having all my old mail except one never read one moved to used mail even though I had flagged them as new while reading them. It’s happened before, not sure whether it is because of the reflag or not, since it does not always happen. Possibly it occurs only when all the other old mail has already been transferred and an unread piece of new mail comes in. -

This has been happening for years. How can I change it so that new mail goes to the new mail file?

All of a sudden, my new email is appearing in trash. Not easy to find. Can it be fixed?

My messages are not staying in the New Mail folder. Instead they are going directly to the TRASH Folder. Please fix this bug as I don’t like seeing an empty NEW MAIL folder and a TRASH folder full of emails that I have not put there myself!
