My iPad mobile app will not let me click on links found in emails I receive. I am current with my version of AOL and ISO.

I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
1. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
2. Restart your mobile device
3. Uninstall and reinstall the app with the latest version
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

When I access an article in my online newspaper (Houston Chronicle) from an email via the AOL app, I cannot sign on to the newspaper.

I can’t click thru to post anything to pinterest. I can’t click thru to pay for something on Paypal. A lot of my emails don’t download the pictures. Why are you making everyone use this awful app?

Another problem that’s continued...I can’t open most links within emails and I have no option to open in safari so that I can then open it...why?

I have noticed that hyperlinks such as “unsubscribe” links on emails are dead and do not work on aol.I have MyMail app, and the same links do work with that email programme.
