It’s a pain having to login every time I open the app and sometimes even partway through using it. Why can’t it keep me logged in for at least a month like it used to way back when I first joined aol?

This is most annoying. I have to enter username and password every time I want to check my mail on my phone. Come on. When did this start. Before all I had to do was open the app and either choose news or mail. Anybody know a work around. This does not happen on my PC or laptop.

I used to not have to log into the app, once I logged in it stayed logged in. The last several months I have to login every time I use my AOL app. It makes me want to just not use it nor AOL.

This happens frequently. I sign in (correctly) and nothing happens. I sign in again. Nothing. Please let me into my account!!!!!!

Each and every time I use the mobile app I have to tap three times and wait for the information to load and THEN I have to “add account” if the one I want to access isn’t the one used previously. It’s a TIME DRAIN. I’m switching entirely to gmail if this isn’t rectified.

Totally agree do you numerous signing in with password and username email every time I want to check the mail is ridiculous. Are you guys trying to annoy your clients? It’s unbelievably wasteful of time I never asked for this I like the old system but I was constantly signed and all I have to do is hit the icon every day. Please make a statement to everybody that you’re going to get rid of this problem! What are you guys doing out there?

PLEASE let us stay signed in. Very annoying to enter username and password every couple hours. At least give us an option for time in settings.

I don’t like that every time you check your mail you must first sign in... even if you did so 15 minutes before. Frustrating to say the least. Give us the opportunity to decide how out mail should be set up.

First we’re pretty much forced into having to get this app, which doesn’t do suggestions like the iOS Mail app. Now I have to reenter my email and password every single time I check my emails- which is multiple times a day! I’ve had this email address forever, and haven’t gotten rid of it due to having to change so many things to a new address, but I’m getting closer by the minute.

I’ve used this app for years and never had a problem. This last week it logs me out and I have to login every time I want to check my mail. Check email multiple times a day.
Please make it stop -

I am sick and tired of having to sign in every single time I want to check my mail. Would much rather use my 3rd party app. It’s such a pain I’m almost ready to leave aol permanently :(
