    This is highly annoying....why do I have to sign in every time to access my email ? Happens on both phone and iPad.

    I agree with everyone in regards to this constant signing in process. Upgraded my iphone and re-established my apps. For some reason- this is the only app I have to keep signing into. What’s the purpose of Face ID if I have to keep putting my password in. It’s crazy that credit cards/banking apps don’t do as much as this AOL app to gain access. It feel like AOL wants to get hacked with the numerous amounts of time that signing in with my password is required. Please fix this ASAP!!! Or I will have to forward emails to my other options (ICloud, Gmail, Yahoo, etc......)

    Same problem: each time i want to access my mail, i have to sign in.Now i have no access to mail, neither through the app nor the website.

    Why is the app constantly logging me out? This is annoying and time consuming! Change the app software immediately to allow users to stay signed in. Thank you!

    No one told me when I reset my password that I would have to do it EVERY TIME I WANT TO ACCESS MY MAIL ETC. This is a real pain in the you know what. I pay my bill, I think it’s only fair to fix the problem. I was so taken back at how many other folks have the SAME issue and never read one that thought “HEY THIS IS SO COOL”, what is the problem. . . . .

    Everyday! Makes me sign back in AND does not save my signature! I have to add that again every day too. Please fix this!
