I have to open and close the app several times to get my mail to open. Also have to sign in several times.. now the app is kicking me out after a about a min. The app just closes and I have reopen and restart whatever I was trying to do... this is very frustrating...

Since downloading the app i’m absolutely furious about having to sign in every single time I want to get my email.
Never used to before the app. I have to sign in to get on my phone. That is my choice. Don’t want to sign in several times a day to read messages.

Having to login to AOL mail on my iPhone every time multiple times a day is incredibly annoying. It’s frustrating enough that I’m thinking of changing my mail to another service.
I should only have to login no more than once a day. I’d like to stay logged in all the time. My phone locks after not being used for a few minutes. That is security enough. I’d like to login with my fingerprint.
Also, when type in my email address on login page, the app should auto fill, or better yet just remember who I am on my iPhone.
How long will it take to fix this issue?

I do not appreciate having to sign in every time I want to read my email. What is going on?!

In the last few days I have been needing to relog in to your system. Why? I pay for the “deluxe” package I think. When others get the service free. Why are you doing this to my account. If this going to become the new normal then expect me to stop my monthly payment.
