This problem having to sign on with both user name and password on the iPhone app whenever one opens the app appears to have started about a week ago. Previous to that I didn’t have the problem. I have iOS 13.3.1 and the problem seems to have occurred before and after 13.3.1, because for me it was occurring before and after. I too agree it is frustrating.

This app has a serious problem, and many have commented on it. It signs you out all the time AND it loses your signature information in the process. This has happened to me THREE times just TODAY.
This is inexcusable. You have known of this flaw for months, yet you haven’t fixed it. Why?
This is a really good way to lose your customers. Are you seeking that outcome?

Yes!! WTH?? Do they think it’s a feature to inconvenience and annoy the few customers they have left??? Only sticking with it til my daughter decides on a college bc all the emails are going to this address.

I continue to encounter difficulty in logging onto the app — I’m forced to log in over and over and over. This is incredible. Intolerable. Why can’t you fix this?

I am beyond frustrated at being required to sign in EVERY TIME I check my AOL mail. Why would you think people are ok with this? Need to fix this bad decision quickly!!!

On my iPhone 8, closing the app (double-tap the home button then swipe up on the AOL app) then relaunching eliminates the need to log in each time. Still super annoying.

Why does it keep making me sign in??? I’ve never had to do that before and it’s time consuming and annoying!!! Please change it back!!
