I have had more trouble with email this past year than I have experienced in the past thirty years. Why do I have to sign in every time I want to read my mail? You keep telling me to change my password which I have done over and over. I’m frustrated, annoyed, ready to give up my aol account. Why is everything so complicated?

Why is it I have to sign in to AOL every time I want to look at my email? This just started less than a week ago and it is a giant PAIN! What happened to the app, it used to stay open and signed in just like gmail and yahoo. If this doesn’t fix, I’ll definitely be getting rid of AOL!

This signing in is a complete pain! It’s making this app virtually useless if waiting for emails to show up. The alerts are always wrong. What happened? Take the tome out off!!

AOL app makes you sign in every time. It gets fixed. Then it reverts. At least 4-5 times per year. Sucks.
