This is ridiculous! I have to sign in every time I want look at email. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. NOW ITS BROKE, SO FIX IT! Now I have the daunting task of switching my email over to Gmail.

How about fixing the app so that I don’t have to login every single time I close my app. I close my app & then go back later to look at my email or search an email or whatever & find that I have to log back into all of my emails all over again EVERY SINGLE TIME!! FIX IT OR IM LEAVING AOL!!!

Yeah it’s happening to me too. I have to login to AOL each time I want to access my mail on my iPhone. This was not my job the way it was historically with AOL and this only began recently. It is very annoying and I am not even sure the number of emails I have received an AOL shows up on my screen until I login. So I do not even know I have an email until I login. Maybe the owners are trying to trash AOL for a tax write off or something, because they don’t seem to want to fix this.

Notifications received of emails in alerts but have
to sign in each time via touch enabled feature and search for the e-mail. Why are the additional steps in place with the app? -

I suggested adding a Touch ID feature or a 4-6 digit passcode. Still secure, but much quicker.

If i leave the app, most of the time i have to sign back in which gets annoying.
Maybe link it to the Touch ID feature or have a security code that can consist of 4-6 digits to make it quicker and easier.

Something has changed with the latest app version where it requires me to log in on my iPhone X every time I launch the app. Anybody else experiencing this?

Why does AOL require sign in information several times a day versus a few weeks ago this was not required.
This is the fourth time I have requested this.
Are you seeing requests from me and others about this as they are also asking the same question.

This just started for me after recent update. So frustrating and sometimes I have to login 2-3 times before I can get my mail. Ugh
