I am having the same issues as everyone in this group. So very annoying to have to enter email and password constantly on a daily basis. My GMail account is having NO issues and it’s a free account. So in essence I am paying to be inconvenienced. I have been with AOL since 1993 and I guess maybe it’s time for a change.

I have no problem with this app on my iPad. On my phone, I have to sign in every $&@?ing time with email and password. I have to reset my password each time on my phone. I use my same
Password. Each time Each ********* time I’m told my password is invalid. I’ve had an aol account for nearly 20 years. If you can’t fix this, I’m going to cancel my account and anything connected

Just like all of you the AOL App makes me sign in every time I use it. I tried calling AOL Support in India and they didn’t know how to fix it and transferred me to customer service who never answered. FUBAR

The app keeps logging me out and I have to log in several times a day. This means I don’t get alerted to new emails when they come though. Incredibly annoying. PLEASE FIX

I have been using AOL for my mail services since launch. The app worked perfect on PC and on Android, now on iOS this app constantly requires me to sign in, or at best re-authenticate. Which is so annoying. Not requesting you guys fix it, because honestly it’s been going on this long (at least a year) and no improvements have been made this far. Everyday I have been unsubscribing from everything going to this email account and will be closing this email account soon. I just don’t understand how a company could allow it’s mobile app fall short like this for so many customers... SMDH
