Do you see us all complaining here and they aren’t even answering??!! Are you kidding me!! ?? This has got to be the most annoying thing you guys ever did! And yes no need to update my app to this bs !! iPhones are more intelligent and u guys are messing everything up !! The only app that is so annoying anymore !! God I wish I could swear every word here!! FIX IT NOW LIKE YESTERDAY!!!!

I’ll add my complaint to the many regarding the constant need to sign in. Very disappointing. Not always a problem so why now? And stop updating my software without my permission. I have an iphone7, which I’m happy with and the new updates may not be totally compatible.

Come on now! Are you telling me that for almost 1 year you haven’t been able to resolve this sign in issue. Fire your IT people and hire mine this could’ve been fixed week one. Unless this being done deliberately to **** people off. Let me know if you want this issue fixed because my team can do it..

I have to keep signing in too. Very annoying. Have tried re installing the app. My wife has AOL on her identical phone and has no problems. Can’t understand it!

Since about October 2019, I have to sign in each time with my user id and password to get my mail. That’s each time. That’s like six or seven times a day I am repetitively prompted to type my id then my password just to retrieve my mail. This is after I have entered my passcode to unlock my iPhone to get the the AOL app. And I have also been forced to change my password a countless number of times during this interval. It appears that either an update fix went terribly wrong or Verizon is attempting to extricate itself from on line mail business. Please let us know which course Verizon is pursuing mail wise. If only Verizon spent as much money fixing a problem as they spend on advertising, perhaps Verizon need not “tut” its advertising as much as it does.

NOTIFICATION OFF DOES NOT WORK.

I receive a message but I have to log in and the fingerprint is given but I then have to type in the password. Sort this app out. Won’t read messages until it works right.
