Totally fed up with it. You are ignoring the comments from users . Everyone is screaming .... sort it out .
This is unworkable. I’m giving you a month more to sort it out then I’ll leave aol forever.
Poor poor customer service , please address the big big signing on problem. Now please. -

I’m so tired of being lock out of my Aol account, each time I go to check my mail I have to sign in each time! Or it don’t recognize my email address! What is going on with that?

Please allow Face ID or thumb print to sign in if you’re going to log me out of my account every 30 minutes.
I NEVER have to sign back into my other accounts. This is ridiculous amd makes me want to delete my AOL app. -

So I see there are like a hundred or so complaints about the several a day sign ins we all are having to do. Are you working on this because I complained over six months ago and it’s still the same butt stupid do you ever answer anyone to explain why the problem. Should be an easy fix for a company that’s been around since the beginning of dawn social media and internet era

In this day and age you should be able to sign in to aol mail either by thumb print or face recognition. This is archaic to have to sign into email several times a day. Very annoying

I continually have to sign in and it keeps trying to make me link to the “website” as well. I don’t need all of that extra stuff. I just simply need to be able to read my emails and move on. I’m to busy to keep wasting my time with this!!!

AOL app keeps logging me out, several times a day. I have to keep reentering my user name and password, very frustrating!!

I have the same problem. I have had aol for over 30 years; hate to give it up but if this continues I will seriously consider. AOL PLEASE fix this problem!!!

Having the same trouble with signing in and I will probably change over to my outlook mail. I’ve had AOL mail for about 20 years. This is the worst thing that’s happened since I’ve had AOL mail besides paying about 22.00 a month in the very, very, beginning!

It wasn’t always this way- having to log in every time I want to see my email.
WHY???
I want to fix it and don’t see it in settings. Keep me logged in.

Same issue as everyone else. Works for a while then stops working. Been happening on and off for over a year. Today I am in an endless loop of sign ins, never opens app.

It’s SO annoying having to log in every time. I can’t seem to find any way of contacting customer services. Think I’ll move to gmail.
