When I first downloaded your mobile app a year ago, logging in was a nightmare. I had to do it over and over to gain access even on one occasion. Then you fixed it. But beginning two weeks ago, it has become a nightmare again. I can go sometimes for 2-3 days with no log in required. Then some days I have to log in 3-5 times each day, sometimes only an hour apart. When logging in, at times I have to enter my credentials 5-6 times before it “takes.” This is mind boggling, immensely irritating, and inconceivable for a company like AOL, which was an early mover with email accounts. No other online app poses these problems. Please fix.

I can’t believe this day and age of technology that I have to sign in every day to see my email. This is very annoying and ridiculous! I may end up going to another company for my emails. Not happy with this!

This app has gotten worse, not better! Fix the signin problem! This is a joke.
You know what it does! It signs you out all the time and dumps your signature block. It all needs to re-entered. Hello AOL? It is 2020, and technology can work. Do what you need to do to function like. Real technology company.

I’m constantly changing my password because I can’t possibly remember all the passwords I have, thus making it even more frustrating and confusing. The question of the DAY becomes: what’s my aol password TODAY and I’ve got to make yet another one. It’s driving me crazy. Please please please fix this. Facial recognition?

Yes, I agree with a lot of other people on this post about signing in every trying to get your mail. I sign in and it is only good for a day next day have to do it all over again ridiculous!! I heard that if you pay the $4.99 a month you would not have this problem. If so that is also ridiculous! Texted AOL several times cannot get a hold of them by phone, maybe it’s time to change? It seems that they don’t care, sad!

This is pitiful. I will be changing my email usage to one of my other email accounts. Wish y’all could’ve fixed this terrible ongoing issue. What ashamed! I’ve had this account for years and now this!!

Stop signing me out. I use the app on my work phone and it is annoying to see the “sign in using aol.com” page when I want to check my email especially because before you didn’t have deal with it every single time you open the app.

Same here - making me sign in every single time and it’s ******* me off. Also sometimes it switches me out of one email and into my other email. 👎🏻😡
