Hate those “I am not a robot” pictures!!!!! They are not intelligible and it is a stupid method of verification!! I have tried over a dozen times just to answer a preference question only to get your “oh no etc” )(you failed again)!!
Why should I have to keep changing my password umpteen times? Sick of it!

Same complaint as others : required to sign in continually. AOL hasbeen a disaster since taking over verizon email. I’ve lost numerous emails because AOL seems not to recognize them as valid emails.

It looks as if I’m not the only one having trouble with the app. However, I don’t see any response from AOL as to what is being done by this. Do the people at AOL actually read our comments?

Allow users to set length of time to stay signed in or else go back to no sign-in via the AOL email app. There is already plenty of security on my iPhone so that no one else can get to the AOL app. It is a pain to have to sign into my email all the time.

Suppose to fix bugs yet the biggest bug is having login in every time you open the app, even when you HAVEN’T logged out. It did NOT fix the issue. Annoying. Please get it fixed!!

App won’t stay logged in. Common problem. And apparently not being fixed. AOL is not good, never has been. Makes it impossible To recommend Verizon as a cell carrier.

For the past 6 months or so, the AOL app logs me out on my iphone 7, no other app does this!!! Please fix!!!

I’ve had AOL mail for years. I hate signing in every time I want to see mail mail. I hope you will go back to the plod way soon or I’ll be leaving soon!
