Not only do I have to log in every time... it’s asking me to agree to location setting! No choice except yes or cancel. Then, I’ve had to reset my Verizon/ AOL privacy settings... why isn’t this being saved?? Why do I have to agree to turning on location which resets all my privacy settings?? Argh

When I go to open the app it wants me to keep resigning in. I have to close the window and reopen it to have it work right.

I’ve changed my password multiple times this week and have been hacked at least twice in the last month. I think it’s time for a new service. It’s sad that aol can’t fix this I do believe it has something to do with money. I’ll start changing my email preferences to a different address.

I have the same complaint of many others: Having to sign in repeatedly with this app is stupid. It clearly is THE worst app I have tried to work with.

Dear AOL.40 years ago we put a man on the moon. Could you please figure out how to not make me sign in twice every time the frickin’ app makes me sign in?

AOL, you really need to up your game. It is nearly 2020, and we live in the time of Web 2.0.
Nevertheless, your app REGULARLY signs me out. When I go through re-authenticating all THREE of my AOL accounts, I then need to set up ONCE AGAIN how many lines I can read in preview mode. I must ALSO enter ALL of my signature information again. It is a waste of time, and frustrating. You know there is a solution to this. Fix it!

What is wrong with your programmers? Every so often we are required to sign into AOL ALL

I thought it was just me having this problem but apparently not. This is highly aggravating as I go back and forth from home to office a few times a day and have to going in each time I change WiFi connections. . Why was it changed and why can it not be changed back?

Even though I find this highly annoying to have to sign in every time to get my mail, I was happy to see that I wasn’t the only one. Misery does love company. AOL PLEASE FIX THIS!!!! It’s RIDICULOUS!!!
