    Dear AOL,

    You know I have had the same email address for 21 years. I have been using Apple devices for 10 of those years. Now, each time I want to check my mail, I which you had an app. I have an icon on my iphone 📱that mimics an app. But, when I try to open it, I am asked to redirect to aol.com and sign in. You don’t even remember my email. That’s not an App, that’s a Bookmark.
    We have been together since the 90’s fam. Please fix it?

    Constantly have to sign in to aol email ,very annoying !

    Pain ********** having to always sign in for aol emails! Hasn’t always been like this! I get the same emails in my other mailbox so I’m thinking of just deleting the aol mailbox! I don’t have to always sign in on that mailbox!
    I see a ton of others complaining about this issue for over a year now! Why haven’t you fixed the problem by now! All you say is “we’re working on the problem”.

    Exact same problem. App also says it doesn’t recognize my device that I’ve been using for over a year. iPhone 8

    Signing in with each use

    I see that many others are irritated about signing in continually. Are you going to fix it or should I find a new email provider???

    I want to be kept sign on rather than having to sign in with name and password each time . Annoying

    Very irritating to have a complicated password for security and still need to sign in each time. When will you change this?

    It is a pain to sign in everytime you want to open your mail. Fix it or I'll vanish.
