You have to sign in every couple of hours. If you don’t read or open your mail everyday they shut your account down and a big hassle. AOL needs to fix this or going elsewhere. They have a lot of problems that they could easily fix. Not a happy customer

In the past few weeks I am experiencing the same issue of having to sign in every time. This never happened before. Very annoying.

I thought I had changed my settings because I kept having to sign in. WOW it’s not just me. This is so annoying, please give customers an option to stay logged in. Thanks

Having to sign in each time is a nuisance. I’ve stopped using the app. Please add a “stay signed in” feature.

I keep having to sign in AND change my password every time I try to check my emails! What’s up with this? I am very busy and cannot change password all the time! Ridiculous!!! Do I need to change my email server? I have had and used this same email for years! Please stop this or let me know if you do not want my business any longer! Thank you,

How long does it take for an issue to be resolved that’s under review? AOL’s tech support sucks.

When I give people my email address they usually say they didn’t know AOL was still around.
I have been a member since 1995 and want to voice my opinion. It is ridiculous to have to
sign in each time. This’s is not my bank account which I want to sign in to with security. It is
mainly for email and other non sensitive accounts and it is driving me to the points of
dropping AOL until this situation is resolved.StanPickus

Keep the same passwords. Don’t need to change them every week or even sooner. Annoying and just plain stupid.

Until just recently, I’ve been able to click on the AOL app and check my mail. Now, just like everyone else, I’m irritant having to log in. There should be a setting option to “KEEP ME LOGGED IN” like there is on most other apps. Who was the moron that thought we, the users, would enjoy this feature??

I’ve been with AOL since 1995 - I’m going to discontinue this app if you don’t fix the continuous requirement to sign in problem
