    Add me to the ****** off users. Are you trying to force me to go to gmail? Is this security run amok or just incompetence? Will constantsigning in protect me from Russian hackers?

    Yep same here and I notice AOL you closed another thread about this. Why are your customers now having to sign into the app everyday? Telling people to reinstall the app and use mobile data doesn’t really help. Clearly something had changed and this is making the customer experience worse please sort it out.

    11 “taps” and 2 thumb print scans EVERY time to open my email. Really. Come on AOL keep me signed to my email. Please.

    Why do I have to sign in so often ?

    Me as well. It is ridiculous. This is my phone. I am the only user. It is driving me crazy. There is not a keep me signed in” choice any more. Not a happy camper😤

    You’re going to lose people if you’re going to make us 20 times a day . Once a day should be sufficient. Please Please!!

    Why, in the name of all the is holy, must I sign in every time I check my aol mail? I have used aol as my only mail for years on my pc, my iPad and iPhone - and, as of a few days ago, it’s as if aol never heard of me. It enough of an aggravation to tempt me to drop aol and go through the work of changing my email and notifying all my contacts of the nonsense that aol has perpetrated on its users.

    Add me to the list of annoyed users. It is crazy to do this multiple times a day. Sometimes in back to back use of the app. And no, I cannot log in from my iPad when this happens. And it’s a multiple step process. First the username then the password. Geez, you would think AOL was new to the e-mail industry.

    Add me to your mad list. When can I expect a fix? I can pull up mail on my ipad without signing in, but not on my iPhone.
