Signing every time you received an email and wants to read it, is ridiculous! I been with AOL since ever but this changes in the app I don’t like, needs fixing

I’ve had an account with aol for 19 years! It is beyond ridiculous that I need to sign-in every time I need to access my acct, which is several times a day.
Also I waste an inordinate amount of time sorting they my email. Why did y’all take the sort function away?. I use to be able to sort by sender. It appears y’all took that function away also.
I see multiple users have the same ridiculous problems. I will give y’all some time to fix. If it is not resolved I need to deactivate my account because my time is way to valuable to waste on this silly stuff.
Please listen to your customer base and resolve these issues.

Finally I can get to a screen that tells me I am having the same idiotic headache as all these folks. I have to sign in almost every time. I will use this very long-standing acct less and less. And I’m paying for this NON SERVICE!! Yes. Paid subscriber. For 20 years!

Every time I go to sign in ... I have to sign in for email access on iPhone 4 or 5 times before it lets me into system. Why!?! I am using AOL phone app less and less because of this.

I have never been so frustrated with AOL. I’ve used you service since early 90’s. Upgraded to your latest version (AP) on my IPhone & am consistently asked to sign in. I never had to do this on my former AP and I don’t like the inconvenience. Face recognition is in place so why?

This has only been happening a few days, but it appears I am not the only one. Every time I go into the app, I have to (re)sign in. What can I do to prevent that? It has never happened in all the years I’ve been using AOL.

Well I guess is not only me that is force to sign in all the Time even when my devise save PW and get worts it makes me do it in all my others and locked me out,so I have to start over so f..n annoying,making up new PW,hey is only one acc.why have to update in every other device after been verified !!!!$$$##%%%% b...t....

I’m curious to know how long this issue has been “Under Review”. This has been a problem for so long so I’m sure this is not the first time they’re hearing about it. Even on Outlook, I get signed out. This is a absolutely ridiculous AOL!!

AOL Is very annoying and does not let me use my Gmail with Google as my website instead of using AOL Has been giving me a problem for the longest time
