Two and three times a day I have to log in. It started recently. Why would you do this?!?!? It’s my phone I want to stay logged in all the time. After all these years getting ready to eliminate this email!!

I have had this same account for years and I do not want to change it everyone I want to have this address has it. Why is saying all of a sudden it is no good, not changing,, I will drop AOL if this keeps up

Had this app for a while. Check my email several times a day. A few days ago, for whatever reason (probably an update) I now have to sign in every time I open the app. It’s incredibly annoying.

I have used AOL for more than 20 years and never had to log in every morning to look at my email. Whatever changed, please change it back to the way it was.

Same! Why do we have to keep logging in? I do better without the App by just accessing my email through Safari - it remembers my credentials.

The app demands a continuous process of entering user name and password many times over until, eventually, access is given. This is very frustrating and time consuming, it really needs to be improved.

I’ve always been able to stay logged in and that was great bc this is my work email. Now, after an update I believe, I have to log back in every time I want to check my mail (which is constant throughout the day) and it’s so annoying. Is there a way to arrange this because it’s not an option in the settings?
