App keeps defaulting to say ‘get started with aol’ even if you are already signed in. Need to go to the manage accounts section and click on your account the. Return to inbox for it to load. Annoying!! Been doing it a while so was expect fix by now. Please investigate, thanks

I do not know wtf has happened with this app but I am about ready to abandon AoL altogether. I do not want to laboriously sign in each and every time. Rather than get better this app is detoriating in functionality. It’s a way to wean me away and just stick with my Gmail account. really ??? Please fix this!

How many reviews do you have to get it before you can change this ? signing in each and every time even if it’s within minutes -very very annoying . It wasn’t like this before- I could sign in with in with the app on my phone ! also it made me change my password to some long unknown language password of their choosing- could not use my own password or change it. Had to use theirs just to get in -so I haven’t messed with it since. I don’t wanna waste time trying to change a password when you keep saying it won’t let me. I’m about ready to change although I’ve had this since 2001 it’s always been my primary- it’s getting very difficult to do business with this email -please fix it !!!!and I have no use for all the entertainment **** it’s attached to the app as well I just want email.

I usually use my iPad to read mail and send. Why is it that I have to type in my email and password every time? If aol wants to share my information so badly, aol should remember it on the same device I use every single time.
