I’ve had this account for 17 years. Are you trying to force out loyal users unless they accept the pay options? Just let us know without playing the login sabotage game please! Signing in on a password protected device is ancient technology!

Please resume ‘no log in’. My phone has already passed security when I unlocked it. A simple ‘pin’ access would be tolerable.

Please help, multiple times I have to sign in to AOL to recieve mail and some mail such as groupon etc I do not receive at all. .... what is going on !

Your new requirement of logging in to use the app is badly broken. There is no pattern to when it’s required. Sometimes there will be days without it. Sometimes I must log in multiple times each day. Quite often, it doesn’t work. I have to enter my credentials over and over and over. It’s unbelievable that a company like AOL can’t get this right. I’ve seen posts from others over many weeks about this, but it’s still dysfunctional.

With all these comments on the SAME SUBJECT, that is constantly being throw out of AOL and having to log in again CONSTANTLY, how is it possible that AOL has not responded? Do you not give a ****? I am sooooo sick of you. PLEASE give your customers some guidance (i.e. TAKE A LITTLE RESPONSIBILITY).

I don’t know what happen but I’ve always used AOL as my primary email account and now I can’t access or work within the app. Please fix immediately!!!

I would like to know what is the issue with aol email. I cannot AOL a Representative stated they are working on the issue, this was 2 months ago and it is still the same. I am kicked out the system and it makes me log in each time.

Can’t believe how many times I have to sign in to read my mail. AOL won’t do a thing about it. I just stopped my $9.99 a month protection I’ve had for 15 yrs. I’m bout done with AOL. SIGNING IN MAKES ME SO MAD 😡!!

Phone stopped sending/receiving mail. I just this minute noticed the error. Program defaults to wrong Apple ID! (Happened about 10 days ago. 5/23! (I only just noticed it!) I CANNOT pay my BILLS LATE!Please help!! Where do I go to adjust/change the aol IMAP settings? (iPhone 8+)
