It makes me sign in all the time . Keep in logged in. It’s annoyingly changed please ASAP change it to stay or tell me what’s going on with this negative aol customer service happening. I got a 8S I phone.

Has the sign in issue been acknowledged, and/or is a solution in the works so I don’t have to sign in every time I navigate away from my mailbox?
Been with AOL since It’s inception, when chat rooms ran wild, Slingo was the rage, and the voice of satisfaction saying “You’ve got mail!” after the dial up finally went through after 3 attempts!
Need this to get fixed please!

On Sunday morning we couldent get any mail on i mac only signed in to browser.Imap passcode wouldent work!I pad aol working fine also working through imap to mail.Phone !!!downloaded the app have to keep signing in !Wont except i map password.What s shambles in this day and age

My sync iPhone, iPad, and Mac cannot currently get connected to AOL server for mail using that platform, forcing us to use the app with you have to continue to log into everytime you open it. The webpage also seems to work.
IT IS UNACCEPTABLE to continue with this FORCED use of an AOL app or webpage for email - we have multiple accounts and we can switch between them with the MacOS and stay logged into all of them.
This issue needs to be resolved and you need to notify ALL users that you have an issue - there has been zero communication that there are problems on YOUR end and not on our end.
