Seriously- I have been with aol forever. Could always access email without signing in each time. It's obviously an issue. Guess AOL doesn't care about its users.

I’ve found a quick fix that is only slightly less annoying than signing in completely each time. Been doing this for months, but AOL also isn’t my primary email account.
Go to the gear/settings tab to the far right just after app launches.
Click the green tab, it’ll say “this account has been turned off on this app” then re-click and return to mail at bottom of screen to the far left.
It’s better than typing in s/n & pw. I don’t know why AIL hasn’t fixed this.

Over a month ago you told me you were working on signing into AOL. You have to sign in with your email and password almost every day sometimes two or three times a day. That is ridiculous! You need to fix that. And I am trying to close my account and anymore EFT payments and I’m not even able to do that yes I could call but I am busy and have no time for phone calls but if I have to I will make a special call.

I hate having to sign in each and every time I want to read my AOL email. I PAY 10.99 for this privilege!!!! I will not stay long if this continues!!!
