    I have to sign in every other day to assess the accounts

    While they figure out how to fix it ... One way to get in quickly is to go to settings ... manage accounts ... turn account off and on. Emails reappear

    For gods sake fix your darn app. It sucks!! Sign in almost all the time. . ThAts rediculous!!!!!!!!!!! Lus. It can’t spell!!!

    App won’t remember me. Having to repeatedly log in through the day. Going CRAZY! Can this be fixed? By me or you? Thanks!

    I’m happy to read it’s not just me. I couldn’t figure out what’s going on. This is ridiculous to have to keep signing in to get your mail. Please fix ASAP.

    This app is the worst ever. I have to constantly sign in. Switching to gmail after 15 years with aol!

    I completely agree. Even though I’ve got my iPhone set up to remember the login info with Touch ID it still takes at least 10 touches and about 30 seconds to sign in and it’s made me sign in at least five times today. My iPhone is already password protected. I don’t need it to be this cumbersome to check my email for security reasons. This has been a problem for months and it’s getting worse not better. Fix it already!

    I thought it was just me having to sign in every time I wanted to check email. How embarrassing especially when I need to get quick info. I have had people walk away thinking I am a dunderhead! Please fix this! Tired of looking like a dunderhead!

    Signed in multiple times a day, getting ridiculous! Accessing my AOL Mail used to be a heck of a lot more convenient than it is now. Issue needs immediate fixing or go back to what it was. NOW!

    the first time you load the app it asks for all your account info as if your using the app for the 1st time. Close the app by swiping up, and then restart the App immediately and it will load your accounts like normal. Every time you’re away for a while, you’ll have to do the same thing again.

    Do anyone know how to stop the sign in problem that I have every time I want to check my email. I’ve never had a problem before signing in, and now I do. Can anyone tell me how to stop that issue with AOL.

    I am so sick of you guys saying you’re working on the signing of AOL that’s ridiculous to sign in that often. I am ready to just close my account with you guys and save me some money every month. I can fix my own mail better than what you have it.
    Please do something or I am closing my account Monday. I’m sure a few others are too!!!!
