Aol help is referring me to go back to an old phone that don’t even exist to retrieve my pass code to get my e-mails and refused to continue to help me 6 call were made that bounced me overseas.so far no emails .
This just need Aol to send me a verification code to my iPhone.

Same, bad enough I have spam including ransom mail, but now I have to sign in every time I want to check my mail? Never had this problem when Verizon ran the mail. Plus, all I want it mail, not all this other jawn.

Yes, i am having the same issues as these other users. Why does it log me off every night? If something is going on then AOL needs to inform us. It is very annoying to log on every day.

I agree!!! I have to sign in every time I want to check my mail! This is beyond annoying. The worst part is I see notifications of new mail pop up as the mail hits the box, but then I can’t access the messages. What idiot thought this was a good idea? Stop bumping my access to MY mail on MY phone.

App updated three days ago and now wants me to sign in constantly, and the few tmes it does not requre password, it takes a long time to open up and opens to the wrong email default.
