Note only must I sign-in all the time, but my preferences (like signature line) keeps defaulting to zero.

I don’t like having to sign in with my username and password to look at my mail. I don’t like that you do not keep my user preferences. Every time I have to put them in. Quite annoying. It should go back to the way it was for the iPhone

I have had AOL for at least 20 years and seriously thinking of changing carriers due to the lack of concern to your customers complaints regarding password sign in. It’s frustrating to say the least. Please make this fix a priority.

I was just told I have to sign up for their live tech support to resolve the sigin problem. $10 bucks a month. Gmail here I come. AOL can suck it!

I too will have to switch if this isn’t resolved quickly. I get many time sensitive emails and having to sign in every time does not work.

This compliant was first reported on Oct 1, 2018! People have been by told AOL tech to reinstall the App, and it does not solve this resigning in issue. Also, that it will be addressed at the next update. I can’t wait for your “next update”.
Now I receive a split second and disappearing message to “save your password”. Six months and no resolution, unbelievable. -

Please note that the App is no longer staying signed in. It logs out immediately after I for example, go read an email and then have to take a phone call or use a search engine to look for something or swipe to close the APP or view something in another app. It am signing in 5-10 times a day! Very time consuming and irritating!
