I think your new update will drive away customers. I do not want to have to sign in every time I want to read my mail. Adding a gmail account if the problem persists

Yes this new update has made aol mail annoying to read mail , always have to sign in , the wait for it to boot up, its snail mail at its worst

I troubleshoot computers and mobile devices for elderly clients. Recently, I have been getting complaints about there being no setting in the AOL app on the iPhone and iPad which allows the user to stay signed in. These customers do not want to sign in every time they check their AOL mail. Please give them the option to stay signed in.

AOL what’s taking so long for the update? All settings (logging in, signature,etc) keep on being reset. Also notifications are missing Sender name. It’s clear that the app no longer functions on the latest IOS. So fix it already.

Correcting my comment regarding how often it requires re-signin. Even if out of app an hour or two then it’s doing that; do NOT have to reboot phone. So is WORSE than I thought. AOL when are we getting ANY update on fix plz!?!?

I have iOS 12.0.3. It seems about 2-3 weeks ago I started having this issue of always requiring re-signin anytime I reboot phone. Previously it rarely occurred, maybe 6x/year. If I leave the app but don’t reboot phone, no re-signin needed. Yes PLEASE fix!

Not only does it require logging in each tome I use the app, it often fails to actually log in. This last time it took 3 attempts with the same iOS memorized credentials.
What’s more, if I am not online, I cannot get In.
My phone is already secured and it could be easy with fingerprint like so many apps do.
Awful experience and I am going to give up the app if this is not fixed.

It's embarrassing enough that we all still have AOL accounts but it's useful for all the retail clutter you don't want in your work or Gmail account. That is it WAS until I had to start signing in to this lousy app every time! AOL: Do you guys intend to fix it?? You know we all hate it... Right?

Signed out and cant sign in. Wont even allow me to try. Cant get to app store either. I ve only used the app. .. Since i never gad the correct port numbers for mail. ... nothing but a PIA

I hate the new sign in every time you want to see your email.I do not want my email shared with advertisers. I used to get a few emails a day, now I have to sign in multiple times and I get 99 emails. Most of them junk. I hate this system.
