    When I sign in, I have to enter my user name and password. Then I have to enter user name and password again before I can access my account. How can that be fixed.

    I hate having to sign into my account every time!! Why won’t it keep me logged in as it use to?? Annoying!

    AOL development teams do not care about users or they would have correct this already.

    Please rollback to the version of the app that worked. It is so annoying to have to log in every time. It makes your developers look like unprofessional hacks... and perhaps they are if they cannot fix such a flagrant bug.

    Having to sign on every time is a nuisance. May have to change email address.

    I’m tired of having to sign in to Mail each time I want to check e mail. Never had to before. Please fix this!

    Having the same issue. The point of having the app is so you don’t have to go through those steps every time. No point if it’s is more difficult than signing in online.

    So annoying to keep signing in and everything goes to spam!

    Over a period of a year, I have cackled support at least 4 times to stop my mail from going to trash and then deleted after several days. I also get a sign in request frequently. I see that others have the same problem. Fed up, I am going to another email address.
